satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return on an ordered but not delivered bunkie kit, the following
conditions must be met:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Email our customer service team at
[email protected] or call 705-607-5400 with your order number
and the request to cancel the order.
2. Cancellation Approval: If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will
cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment. If the
order is already in the shipping process, we may not be able to cancel it.
To be eligible for a return of a delivered bunkie kit, the following conditions must be met:
The kit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Bunkie kits must be intact, meaning all components must be present and unopened.
No returns on custom orders or log homes.

A fee may be applied for the item to be collected from the address.

2. Return Process

and the reason for the return.
3. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if
approved, will provide you return instructions.
4. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be
deducted from your refund amount.
5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, the refund, less
the 25% restocking fee, will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your
original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only possible if the bunkie kit has not yet been delivered. If you wish to
exchange your kit, please contact us immediately:

and the details of the desired exchange.
6. Process the Exchange: If the bunkie kit has not yet been delivered, we will help
you place a new order for the desired item.
