For structures under 108 square feet, a building permit may not be required in some organized townships. However, once the structure exceeds that size threshold, it’s more likely to necessitate a permit.
Keep in mind that regulations can differ significantly from one area to another, so it’s important to consult with your local municipality or township to ensure compliance with all relevant bylaws and regulations before starting any construction project.
You’ll need to construct a foundation base. Additionally, you’ll need a roof finishing material. Most choose shingles or a steel roof. You might need an exterior stain if you have chosen an unfinished structure.
